For sales

Sales calls documented automatically: sell more, type less

Sales calls are transcribed and summarised automatically: next steps, tasks and a follow-up draft to all participants. That leaves more time for selling. And it is GDPR-compliant, which makes the difference in B2B sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Sales template

Structures the call into needs, objections, budget and next steps, instead of long, unsorted notes.

Automatic follow-up

After the call, all participants receive an e-mail with the summary, decisions and tasks, ready to send.

Next steps as tasks

Agreed next steps are recognised as tasks with an owner and a due date, so nothing gets lost.

Seven meeting languages

Calls in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese are transcribed and summarised, with German and English at the same quality level. Ideal for international deals.

Live or as an upload

Record directly in the browser or upload the recording after the call; either way it is analysed within minutes.

GDPR as a selling point

EU-only processing and logged consent: compliance that often tips the balance in German B2B purchasing.

In three steps

1

Record the call

Record the sales call live in the browser or upload it afterwards, once the participants have consented.

2

Choose the sales template

Needs, objections, budget and next steps are structured automatically.

3

Send the follow-up

Review the summary, take over the tasks and send the prepared follow-up to all participants.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the other party's consent to record?+
Yes. In Germany, recording privately spoken words without consent is a criminal offence under § 201 StGB (German Criminal Code). MeetingIQ makes processing technically possible only after consent has been actively confirmed, and logs that confirmation.
Are tasks transferred to my CRM?+
Tasks and next steps are recognised and can be exported; native integrations (including Slack, Notion, Jira and Asana) are in development, and you can join the waiting list in your account.
Which call languages are supported?+
German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese (Deepgram Nova-3). German and English are supported at the same quality level.
