All data is processed exclusively in EU data centres: hosting on Hetzner Cloud (Falkenstein, Germany), speech-to-text via Deepgram EU (Frankfurt), AI summaries via Mistral (Paris), e-mail via Resend EU. No transfer to the USA or any other third country.

24 hours by default. After that the original is deleted automatically (data minimisation under Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR). You can set the retention period per workspace anywhere between 0 and 720 hours.

Yes. Before every upload, the uploader has to actively confirm that everyone in the recording has given their consent. We log this confirmation with timestamp, IP address and user agent, which is your evidence if it is ever disputed.

Yes, ready to sign directly in your account. No extra correspondence with your legal team. The current version is at meetingiq.de/avv (in German).

All of them are listed publicly at meetingiq.de/subprozessoren (in German). We notify affected customers by e-mail at least 14 days before any change.

Live bot joins automatically: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex.
URL is recognised: Jitsi, BigBlueButton, GoTo Meeting, Whereby, Around, Proton Meet.
Upload: any MP3/M4A/WAV/MP4/MOV file. For platforms that are not supported, simply upload the recording after the meeting; transcript and tasks are detected in exactly the same way.

Magic link to your e-mail (the default), e-mail and password, or sign-in with Google, Microsoft or Apple. All options work side by side, and you can add a password or further SSO methods to the same account later.

Meetings are transcribed and summarised in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese, plus automatic language detection and a multilingual mode for mixed-language meetings (Deepgram Nova-3). Summaries are written in the language of the meeting. German is additionally tuned with industry vocabulary (legal, healthcare, supervisory boards). The app interface itself is currently in German.

When you upload a recording, you pick the matching template, for example supervisory board, anonymised healthcare, legal or sales call. The summary is then structured to match (resolutions and majorities / agenda / MEDDIC / etc.).

Typically 95%+ for standard German and English. We show a confidence score for each meeting. Audio that is hard to follow (phone quality, background noise) lowers accuracy, and you can correct the transcript directly in your account.

Within 72 hours, all your meetings, transcripts, tasks and personal data are permanently deleted (Art. 17 GDPR). Billing records are kept for 10 years as required by § 147 AO (German Fiscal Code).

Yes, through our payment provider Stripe (Ireland, EU DPA). Your VAT ID is collected at checkout, and we issue invoices automatically with the correct reverse-charge note.

TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 server-side encryption at rest in our object storage. Separate access tokens per workspace. OAuth tokens for calendar integrations are additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM, using keys derived from AUTH_SECRET via HKDF.

Every workspace has roles: Owner, Admin, Member. Owners and admins manage members and settings. Members see all meetings in the workspace but cannot delete any or invite members.

Only authorised employees of NeuralMedic GmbH who are bound to confidentiality under Art. 28(3)(b) GDPR. Every access to data is recorded in the audit log.
